If you need to make a payment we are able to take payments via cash, check, debit cards, credit cards, or money orders.

We will respond as quickly as possible and if received Monday through Thursday you can expect to hear back within a 24 hour period.  If you send an email Friday through Sunday it may be a longer response time as we have events.  We appreciate your patience and you are always welcomed to call and leave us a message.  (see number at please contact our office)

For your convenience Payment schedules are:

Retainer $532.50 ($500 retainer + 6.5% sales tax)
50% due three months before event
Final Payment 2 weeks before the event

All payments are invoiced except the retainer and will include sales tax.
