Music will bring you there

Music will bring you there. We, (Jenn and I) headed off to North Carolina early. I contemplated why I had set up the time to leave for Thursday instead of Friday. Probably the paranoia in me to be there, be ready and all that. Well After the first night of arriving, especially if its late on a weekday I get stir-crazy. So we were there, what to do now, find food of course! We searched for places open and found, OKAMI a steakhouse and sushi bar. They had all you can eat sushi, but I don’t think I could handle that. Plus they were all out of rice, but I did order sushi, not sure what happened there but it was about 15 minutes to closing time. We didn’t know it yet but this would be our go-to restaurant. So sitting on the couch after dinner, I decided to check bands in town, I never do, but for some reason I did and I was so happy I did. It said in big bold letters ALO. I told Jenn that they were playing tomorrow! Wanna go?! I without hesitation played a few of their songs, but she had already said yes. Looking more into it it showed they are playing with yojimbo (ROAR), She looked at me and said that’s one of my friends. So we bought tickets. We thankfully also received photo passes so how fitting. BUT, it threw me off, I had all the cameras ready for the wedding. Well here’s a few from the shoot with ALO + ROAR. It was a blast. I am already pre-planning our next music trip asap!
