Brittany + Ronnie | Elegant Summer Wedding

Congrats Brittany + Ronnie! They had an elegant summer wedding at The Estate on the Halifax this past wedding. Regardless of the HOT Florida summer, the rain stayed away all day! Although it’s not for everyone, Brittany + Ronnie opted into a first look and they did not go wrong there. This was such a sweet moment as Ronnie came around the corner, carrying a single rose to greet his future wife with! So cute. After their first look, they parted ways so they could meet at the chapel in just a few minutes. After their ceremony, the couple exited the chapel and were greeted by their family and friends with a rose pedal exit. But the fun didn’t end there. Their reception inside the tavern was a blast. Fun dances, a delicious meal, cake cutting and a surprise Redskins cake made for an amazing party. We sent the newlyweds off with a sweet bubble exit! Congrats again! Enjoy your mini honeymoon! Wow! Need some wedding inspiration? Started the year off right with one beautiful wedding! The Estate on the Halifax’s location is clearly given by its name. The river that runs between the “barrier island” of Ponce Inlet and Daytona Beach Shores is called the Halifax River. The Estate located in Port Orange right in Central Florida is nested on the western bank and offered a beautiful view for Sara + Troy’s wedding. They decided to have a riverfront ceremony and it turned out amazing! With there being so many locations; The oak tree, gazebo, chapel and even the peninsula (for small weddings) that overlooks the lake, it sometimes is hard to figure out where to have the ceremony. The weather was perfect, a little cold but the sun-kissed some warmth back into you as their ceremony proceeded. It was a flawless day, photographically speaking, beautiful bridal party with a sense of fun and adventure. I can tell you I was super excited after meeting Sara + Troy on their Engagement session, doing some urban exploring that their wedding was going to be a blast. For a Monday, they kept me on my toes, and there were easily 100 people there until the end! High five to your guests for rocking it out all night! Enjoy the preview! Romantic Wedding at the Estate | Lena + Jimmy

I had one of the most beautiful engagement sessions in Tampa with Lena + Jimmy! If you have not been to the Ringling Museum, you should go, if you’re a photographer you should photograph there, your couples will love it. Ultimately I met Jimmy and Lena from Cayla + Jeff’s wedding back in 2014. The connections I have made over my lifetime of photographing is unmeasurable and humbling. This beautiful wedding you are about to view is one of those exact reasons why I love my job so much! Congrats to Lena and Jimmy the Estate on the Halifax as always was an amazing host for a wedding! Sequins, monograms, and lavender colors were the perfect decor for this fun couple. Florida just could not make up its mind about the weather this day. In the end, we ended up with a perfect but cloudy day, you can’t go wrong there. The Estate on the Halifax is a great venue for any type of wedding! Their staff all work together to make it happen so the couple can have the best day possible. Lena and Jimmy had a beautiful ceremony in the Chapel, with a lightened mood, thanks to a few funny comments during the exchanging of the vows. They were all smiles during their portraits, just like their get to know you session we had at the end of last year. Time sure does fly! Fun introductions, a first dance for the newlyweds and beautiful speeches led us to a great dinner, catered by the always wonderful Aunt Catfish. The Estate on the Halifax and Aunt Catfish are just a few of the amazing vendors we got to work alongside with! See the list below for the others. After a delicious dinner, the couple, along with their friends and family, got to dance the rest of the night away. Everyone lined up as we sent the couple off to their new beginning together! Romantic October Wedding | Starring Kaitlin + Jason

Congratulations to Kaitlin + Jason! They had a romantic October wedding at the Estate on the Halifax! So many gorgeous details tied this wedding together. Navy and blush were the perfect colors for this fall wedding! Kaitlin’s dress had beautiful lace detail and this went perfectly with her bridesmaid’s dresses, which also had beautiful lace detail. Their ceremony was held in the Chapel with the beautiful evening light coming through their stained glass windows. After a great ceremony and exploring the grounds for portraits, they had their wedding reception in the Tavern. Aunt Catfish on the River catered a delicious meal, as usual. After much dancing and celebrating, we sent Kaitlin + Jason off with a fun sparkler exit! Congratulations you two! Romantic Fall Wedding | Carinne + Micah

Congratulations to Carinne + Micah who were married at the Estate on the Halifax this week! They had a romantic fall wedding with beautiful colors and decor that made the Estate the perfect place for Carinne + Micah to get married. Sunflowers, roses, shades of red, gold and burgundy were just a few of the details and colors that tied it all together. The bridesmaid’s dresses were ombre reds that gave them such a unique look. Also, their bouquets were wheat instead of traditional flowers! Carinne + Micah’s ceremony was held in the Chapel followed by a beautiful reception in the Tavern. The food was provided by Aunt Catfish, amazing, as usual. Also, can’t forget about the cake, which was also amazing and delicious! Unique flavors and decorating by Cakery Creation out of Ormond Beach, highly recommended!!! Planning and coordination by Lindsay Rachael Events! Many crazy kids led fun dances, a great time was had by all! A little rain on your wedding day never hurts but it did make for some great photo opportunities.
