Atlantic Center for the Arts Wedding | Rebecca + Cheryl
Here’s how to rock an Atlantic Center for the Arts Wedding! Rebecca and Cheryl had an elegant Star Wars themed wedding at the beautiful Atlantic Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The colors of equality were present all around and Rebecca left no stone unturned when it came to the accents! You could find rainbows hidden in their wedding bands, cake, bouquet, nails and even the back of Rebecca’s dress! The rainbows really popped against their other black, white, and silver accents. Being a photographer means most often we are privy to upcoming surprises that the guests know nothing about; in this particular case it was the fact that Cheryl would be escorted down the aisle by two Stormtroopers. One needs not to be a Star Wars fan to agree that that is a super cool way to be walked down the aisle at your wedding! All guests gasped, laughed and cheered as the three of them made their way outside for the ceremony. Laughter turned into “oohs and aahhs” and happy tears followed as Rebecca and her father appeared before the aisle. The ceremony was perfect with personal vows made all the while being gaurded by soldiers of the Galactic Empire! After the ceremony guests were invited to enjoy cocktail hour while we had fun with some creative photos. The reception was a night full of “singing for your supper” light sabers and awesome dance moves. Towards the end of the night, we snuck away from the crowd for some shots to finish off the night.
